SEH XIN RU

President

Chair of the executive committee and manages the entire structure of ICT society. Represented as the President on various events and networked with the other leaders in and beyond the polytechnic.

Co-Chairperson

Co-chair of the peer helpers committee. In charge of managing the manpower allocation and planning of community structure for the next batch of official peer helpers. Represented the polytechnic in events, networking and expanding contacts with the leaders of other educational institutions.

Assistant of Special Projects

Responsible for the points allocation of various events for PEARLS. Include administration on the information collection and recording the attendance of all present for the adequate distribution of the points.

Publicity Head

Manages the publicity of the PH community. Maintains the peer helpers social media pages and advertise for upcoming events. Events are also posted to boost the connection between the students and the group. Also managed the administrative matters of the community. 

Vice-Chairperson

Co-chaired weekly meetings, administered in student development and represented in national competitions. Manages the internal and external events of the club. Also acted as the decision-making authority in the absence of the chairperson. 

Senior Councillor

Lead in school-based event and an overall group leader (execution team) in camps.
